Electric is metered at $.15 per kwh. Subject to change per Salt River Project (SRP) electric rates.

ADDITIONAL RULES and INFORMATION
- Deposits will be applied to incoming rent.
- A 10% Discount is available off the standard daily rate in the summer months.
- All RV’s should be 15 years or newer.
- Sites are designed for rigs up to 44 feet! Slide-outs – No Problem!
- This is an adult/55+ park. At least one guest must be 55+. Other guests must be at least 21.
- Rates include (2) adults. $5 additional for extra person.
- One vehicle recommended per site. Please contact management if you have an additional vehicle, car or motorcycle trailer or haulers.
- All sites have 50 amp electric service, water & sewer, (30 amp available with the use of an adapter).
- Cable TV must be pre-arranged with Cox Cable, Dish or Direct TV. Telephone and High-Speed Internet available through Cox – 623-594-1000
- Wi-Fi service is available for free in our clubhouse.
- Limit of two management approved, small to medium sized pets. No aggressive breeds please
- Check In is 1:00pm and Check Out is 12:00 noon.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of reservations are charged a $75 Cancel Fee when cancelled over 60 days prior to arrival date. All cancellations will forfeit the entire prepayment/deposit less than 60 days prior to arrival. Annual deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. If you depart earlier than your reservation departure date – there is no refund.
